Damodar Kund means the holy Damodar Lake which is situated in Upper Mustang Area of Mustang district which is well-known for being a Hindu pilgrimage destination which devotees life-fulfilling meaning to Hindu. Come rain or shine, they venture out on a long arduous journey in hopes of reaching there to take a holy bath at least once in their lifetime into this divine lake before passing away into the next life. There were absolved immediately from their sins after taking a bath instructed from lord Bishnu. After time to get refreshed, evening you'll meet and transfer for welcome dinner in one of the typical Nepalese restaurant in the heart of Kathmandu and briefing about your trip.
  • Day 02: Kathmandu Sight Seeing Tour, Evening Flying to Pokhara. O/N at Hotel with BB Plan.
    Today after breakfast you will start a guided tour to several of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites; including the, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' Swayambunath and Buddhists shrine of Bouddhanath which is one of the largest Stupas in the world and Mediavel city Patan and Evening Flying to Pokhara.
  • Day 03: Fly to Muktinath to Damodar Kund and Fly back to Pokhara, O/N at Hotel with BB Plan.
    Today after breakfast, First, Our heli-tour culminates at the beautiful serene Muktinath, Muktinath is god of Salvation, it holds great significance for all spiritual people in the south Asian sub continent. Muktinath (the provider of salvation) has been one such holy site, where thousands of devotees flock for attaining the much sought after moksha, have holy bath on 108 waterspouts, name of Muktidhara, Holy bath in Mukti Kunda (2 Kunda in front of Temple), Hindu devotees take bath under chilled water of 108 waterspouts Muktidhara, Mukti Kunda, its believing that it brings them salvation, Have darshan and worship to Muktinath god walk to Jwalamai Temple. Then Our Heli- Tour culminates at the beautiful serene Damodarkund Lake. Common names for the 3 lakes in this area are are: Brahma Kunda, Rudra Kunda and Ananta Kunda, Damodar kunda is located at the altitude of 22,000 feet in the remote Himalayan district of Mustang in western Nepal. There is also a large meadow of Kusha found here. As a motherland of shaligram, this shrine is of utmost importance for all Hindus throughout the world; Gandaki River is believed to originate from this holy lake. We go through our personal rituals and a dip in this icy cold holy lake to get rid of all our sins for a lifetime with the hopes that we will not commit anymore sins again. You will fly back to Pokhara or Kathmandu same helicopter. In the early parts of the day, we do some local sightseeing; visit David’s fall, Seti Gorge {milky white river}, the deepest in the world & also visit the interesting Tibetan Refugee Camp. After visit, Muktinath and Damodar Kund, then you will fly back to Pokhara and evening have relax.
  • Day 04: Day sightseeing Around Pokhara, O/N at Hotel with BB Plan.
    Today is most important day of you tour because you are going to Sarangkot, a major view point to see the himalayas. Early morning you will drive to Sarangkot to view the magnificent view of the Annapurna range, Machhepuchhera, Himchuli, Manaslu and others. After spending couple of hours in Sarangkot you will back to Hotel for Breakfast. After sometime rest you will have sight seeing around Pokhara including Fewa Lake, Davi's fall, Bindabasini Temple, Local Market, International Musium etc.
  • Day 05: Fly back to Kathmandu and day time for Shopping, O/N at Hotel with BB Plan.
    Today, after breakfast you will fly back to Kathmandu and during day time its time for shopping soviniors for your family, relatives and friend.

A. Depending on the group size we use Private cars, minibus, van, land cruiser. These small light vehicles are more maneuverable and flexible enabling us to take you through the Narrow roads of Nepal.

Q. What is the weather & temperature like?

A. It is all depending on what time of year you are traveling; during winter (Mid December to February), it gets colder at night and warmer during the day. The temperature could be as high as 22 deg C during day and 4 deg C low early in the morning and at night.

From March to May it is warm and sometimes a bit hot and weather stay perfect. The average temperature during this time of year is 25 deg C.

During the months of September to early December it is always warmer providing the perfect time to travel. The average temperature during this time of year is 20 deg C.

You will be in air-conditioned vehicles during the tour and all hotels are fully air conditioned.
