Tharpu Chuli known as Tent Peak which is situated at the heart of the Annapurna Himalayan region. Tent Peak is an attractive mountain and part of the ridge line south from Glacier Dome, that includes Singu Chuli and acts as a central divider between the semi circle of peaks enclosing the Annapurna Sanctuary. Seen from the moraines above the huts at the Annapurna South base camp, the mountain takes on a shape, aptly described by its former name Tent Peak. You will have a great time while Tent Peak climbing with superb views of the Annapurna massive.

Trekking route continue to Annapurna Base Camp and cross Annapurna Glacier. other side is very neorw steep way up to Tharpuchuli base Camp on the hill about four to five hrs.Base camp to High camp is continue up to ridge and just before the glacier is camp. high camp to summit is continue walk on the glacier and to the Rocshi Peak and walk to the right direction and you can see big Thapachuli wall about 200m.probly we need to fix the rope on till north col of Tharpuchuli. north col to summit is small ridge to the top is really nice and panorama views of whole annpurna range.

  • Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel.
    Welcome to Himalayan Kingdom Nepal. Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan intl. airport Global Holidays Adventure representative welcomes you and assists to transfer in your hotel in Kathmandu. After time to get refreshed, evening you'll meet and transfer for welcome dinner in one of the typical Nepalese restaurant in the heart of Kathmandu and briefing about your trip.
  • Day 02: Kathmandu Sight Seeing Tour, O/N at Hotel with BB Plan.
    Today after breakfast you will start a guided tour to several of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites; including the, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' Swayambunath and Buddhists shrine of Bouddhanath which is one of the largest Stupas in the world and Mediavel city Patan.
  • Day 03: Drive to Pokhara, 6/7 Hrs, O/N at Hotel with BB Basis.
    After Breakfast drive to pokhara which is situated 200 Km west from Kathmandu.
  • Day 04 : Drive to Naya Pool and start trek to Ulleri (2073m), 5/6 Hrs, O/N at Guesthouse with BLD Plan.
    We begin our trek at Naya Pool, an hour drive from Pokhara. After 20-minutes walk along the Modi stream, we reach at Birethanti - a beautiful village that has plenty of tea shops and guest houses. We then follow the left route through the village. Our trek will continue heading to Ulleri following the bank of the Burungdi stream. We climb slightly up to the valley of Hile (1495 meters) and Tikhedhunga (1525 meters). The trail leads steep up to Ulleri (2073 meters), a large beautiful Magar village, through the stone slabs. Generally, today's trek offer you an memorable experience of trekking in Nepal.
  • Day 05 : Trek to Ghorepani (2856 m), 4/5 Hrs, O/N at Guesthouse with BLD.
    Today, trail leads us to the Ghorepani, one of the popular destinations of Annapurna region situated at an altitude of 2856 meters. Our trek gently ascends up to Banthanti (2250 meters) through Oak and rhododendron forest. We then continue trek towards Ghorepani through Nangeythanti (2460 meters).
  • Day 06 : Trek to Tadapani (2625 me), 5/6 Hrs, O/N at Guesthouse with BLD PlanClimb up to Poon Hill (3210 meters) early in the morning to see the panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Lamjung Himalayan ranges as well as sunrise over the tolerable himalayas. Experiencing the great views of Himalayan panorama from Poon Hill, we descend to Ghorepani. After breakfast, continue downhill trek to Tadapani (2625meter). The trail goes a long the ridges of rhododendron and pine forest till the Tadapani.
  • Day 07: Trek to Chhomrong (2020m), 4/5Hrs, O/N at Guesthouse with BLD.
    Today's trail descends to Kimrong stream through the forest of rhododendron. We then walk towards Chhomrong crossing through the Gurjung village. Chhomrong offers you close views of Mt. Annapurna south and Hiunchuli and the virgin peak, Fishtail (Machhapuchchhre).
  • Day 08 : Trek to Dovan(2400m), 5/6 Hrs, O/N at Guesthouse with BLD Plan.
    We descend to Chhomrong stream and again climb up to Dovan crossing through silent rhododendron forest.
  • Day 09 : Trek to Deurali (3200 m), 4/5 Hrs, O/N at Guesthouse with BLD Plan.
    Today, we climb to Deurali through the rhododendron and bamboo forest. The place located on the ridge of Hinko Cave and it is the trail most stretch subject to avalanche.
  • Day 10 : Trek to Annapurna base camp (4131m), 5/6 Hrs, O/N at Guesthouse with BLD Basis.
    The day begins with climb to Machhapuchhre base camp (3900 meters) and to Annapurna base camp. The area is surrounded by the mountains and is known as Annapurna Sanctuary. This place gives you an spectacular view of Himalayas including Annapurna I, Annapurna South and Barah Shikhar.
  • Day 11: Trek to Tent peak Base Camp (4400m) 4 Hrs, O/N at Tent with BLD. From here we will have short walking day as it is very important to avoid getting affected by the thinning of the air and get acclimatization to climb Tent peak. Our guide will give important and useful information about the situation on climbing Tent peak and about next dayís activities. From today the accommodation will be tented camp for next two days and you will be having camp food cooked by our professional cook.
  • Day 12: Trek to High Camp (apx 5000m), 2/3 Hrs, O/N at Tent with BLD Plan.
    A short day in order to acclimatize and adjust to the thinning of the air, we take a short trek around high camp and get ready for our adventure for next morning.
  • Day 13: Summit Tent peak (5850meters) and return to Base Camp.8/9 Hrs, O/N at Tent with BLD Plan.
    Today is our main adventure day, an early morning to climb Tent peak but it all depends on the weather. After safe trip to the summit we make our way safely down then day back to Base Camp.
  • Day 14: Trek to Deurali(3200 meters). 6 Hrs, O/N at Tent with BLD Plan.
    We follow the same trail down today the trail drops down by 1200 meters to the bank of Modi Khola to small town of Deurali at 3200 meters.
  • Day 15: Trek to Chommrong (2140meters). 6 Hrs, O/N at Tent with BLD Plan.
    We follow the same trail until Chommrong through Himalaya hotel, Dovan, Bamboo. Once we have passed Khuldighar there is an experimental sheep Farm, the trail continues through rhododendron and bamboo fields.
  • Day 16: Trek to Ghandruk(1950 meters)5 Hrs, O/N at Tent with BLD Plan.
    The day starts with easy walking and then downhill for an hour. After an hour leaving Chommrong, we descend steeply through forests and then the field to Kumrong Khola. From here we go up which takes you to the Kumrong Danda then a 45 minute gentle down to Ghandruk. Ghandruk is the village of Gurung people, one of the ethnic groups of Nepal, have their own dialect, typical culture, costume, and life style. This village is possibly the popular tourist destination that offers the beautiful mountain views and having easy connection with Pokhara or Kathmandu. We will have small sightseeing around the village.
  • Day 17: Trek to Nayapul (1010m) and drive to Pokhara, 5/6 Hrs, O/N at Hotel with BB Basis.
    From Ghandruk we walk at the right side of Modi Khola for 5 hours to Birethanti which is consider one of the best and relaxing walk of the entire trek. We reach Nayapul then an hour drive will take us back to Pokhara.
  • Day 18: Pokhara City tour, O/N at Hotel with BB Plan.
    Your sightseeing trip will start at 9 AM in the morning after breakfast. Places we visit are Fewa Lake, Bagnes Lake, Deviís water fall, Museum, Tibetan refugee settlement and Gupteshower cave etc. You will have relaxing afternoon.
  • Day 19: Drive back to Kathmandu (1300meters), 6/7 Hrs, O/N at Hotel.
    Overnight back at the hotel in Kathmandu. If you are interested in continuing onto Chitwan Jungle Safari, River Rafting Adventure, Kathmandu Shopping Tour or Scenic Everest Flight.
  • Day 20- Transfer to international airport for your final departure.
    Global Holidays Representative will transfer you to the Airport for your Final Departure.

What type of shape do I need for this Trip?
Climbing provides the most adventurous experience with spectacular scenery through remote glaciated valleys and passes. This trip requires you to have an above normal level of fitness which will assist with climbing. Any person suffering from a pre-existing medical condition or diseases must seek medical advice before considering this trek. Whilst on the trek, it is common to experience some discomfort before being fully acclimatized.

Will somebody come to pick me up at the Airport upon my arrival?
Yes, Global Holidays Adventure representative will be there to greet you outside of Terminal Hall, he/she will be displaying an Global Holidays Adventure name with your name on it. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Visa info:- Entry Visa fees - at present $25 for 15 day, US$ 40 for 30 day, and US$ 100 for three month visa on entry into Nepal. You take take Visa after landing Nepal in Tribhuwan International Airport.

What sort of accommodation can I expect in Kathmandu, and in trekking?
In Kathmand here are all kind of Hotel Simple hotel to 5* hotel. Its depends on your demand but normally in our trekking package We use standard rooms from three/four star hotels in Kathmandu with included breakfast.

During the trekking, You will have teahouses/Lodges generally provide basic clean facilities with a mattress and a quilt or blanket. We can also offer you Global Holidays Sleeping bags if needed (which need to return after the trip) but it is good idea to always have your own sleeping equipment. We usually provide single and double rooms as well as the occasional dormitory. The dining room is downstairs around a fire. All food will be cooked to order in the little kitchen. You should not enter the kitchen unless asked to do so.

Toilet Facilities - On trek, common toilet facilities are available at Tea Houses.

What kind of food can I expect in trekking/Climbing?
During your Trekking, Most of Teahouseís cook a delicious range of mostly vegetarian fare. Pasta, tuna bakes, noodles, potatoes, eggs, dhal bhat, bread, soups, fresh vegetables (variety depends on the season) and even some desserts like apple pies, pancakes, and some interesting attempts at custard. You will find a lot of garlic on the menu because it assists with acclimatization Ė eat some every day. In many larger villages you may find some meat on the menu. You can always get hot chocolate, tea, and hot lemon drinks, as well as soft drinks, and treats like chocolate and crisps. Each day dinner and breakfast are used to take in the same lodge you spend the night. Lunch will be taken on the way to destination. During your peak climbing you will have tented camp and will have light food.

What sort of transportation I use?
Global holidays Adventure is all about providing you with local insights as well as adventure, with that in mind, where we think you will get more out of your holiday by using a different means of transport that is what we do. Using a variety of private transport is an integral part of our Himalaya tours and enhances the experience! We use private tourist vehicles for sightseeing, city tours and pickups. Depending on the group size we use cars, minibus, van or land cruiser. These small light vehicles are more manoeuvrable and flexible enabling us to take you through the Narrow roads of Nepal. All the vehicles are usually air-conditioned unless we are travelling in cooler areas.

What is the best season for this trekking?
The best time for is October to mid December and mid February to mid June. It is not very good trekking during the monsoon season from June to August except treks in the Himalayan rain shadow like Upper Mustang and Kailash.

What is the weather & temperature like in trekking?
Weather in the mountains is notoriously difficult to predict. At night it is generally cooler the days are enerally warm. Winter (January and February) will be bit colder but the days can be quite beautiful and warm if the sun is out. There will be bit of snow during the month of January, February and December. It is also important to make sure that you can stay warm and dry in just about any conditions. Expect the unexpected! The temperature could be as high as 20 deg C to -15 deg C low.

Can I charge my digital camera or other batteries on my trip?
These facilities will be available in most of the places in your hotel reception by paying some service charges. Remember to bring your adapters!

Is there any communication while we are on trekking?
There are telephones in some villages along the trekking routes from which you can make international calls. Some place there is also internet access which you can use by paying some charges.

Can I use credit cards in the places visit in trekking?
In Kathmandu you can use your credit/Master Card. During the Trekking you need cash you cannot use your credit card.

How much additional money do I need per day?
In Kathmandu, you can allocate US$ 08 - 10 for a lunch / dinner. Itís all depends on your spending habits. US$10 to 20 US$ a day will be enough to buy bottles of water, chocolates and few drinks in trekking.

Do I need to tip my guide and porters?
How much would that be? This is a difficult thing to tell. Its up to you from your heart by looking their work and support. Tipping is not required, but a small way to show your guides and local porters thanks for their help. The level of the tip should reflect the level of personal involvement with your guide.

Is the water OK to drink? Do I need to bring purifying tablets/filter?

In most places bottled water is readily available. If you wish to drink normal water, you need to use purifying aid, which you will need to bring with you.

Our company insures all our trekking staff, including guide, cook, Sherpa and porters.

What essential documents do I need to bring with me on tour?
Valid Passport Ė must be valid for up to 6 months after you return from your tour, keep a separate photocopy. Travel insurance, keep a separate photocopy which you need to give to us before you leaving for Trip. Cash and Travellerís Cheques, keep numbers and proof of purchase separate. Flight tickets Emergency contact numbers for T/Cís, banks, insurance, family contacts.

Can I add extra days to my trekking trip? A trekking holiday should never be about making it to the final point quickly. Along your trek we can add days at your request with additional costs to cover guides, porters, accommodation and food.

Do you use yaks/porters on the trek or do we carry all of our own gear?
Whilst on the trek, our porter will take care of your luggage. All you need to carry is your small day bag for your personal belongings like camera, water bottle, sun cream etc only.

What opportunities will I have for shower along the trek?
Yes, we arrange guesthouse with hot shower but some Place there is not hot shower, we will provide hot water in bucket for shower.
