In the middle of dense vegetation, engage in tracking majestic Royal Bengal Tigers, a journey that unravels the mysteries of the jungle's most regal inhabitants. Going on open jeep safari our tiger guides will take you to major hot spot termed as tinkune (three corners) Kingfisher, Tented camp and the Balcony. There are also several places to see the encounter the tigers where our guide will led and take you to the places.
Home to 53 spices of mammal, 25 species of reptile and 121 spices of fish and the river area of Karnali River and Ghaghara river area are which is a true paradise for Birdwatchers and attracts many migrating birds. Overlooking them in enormous part in the wilderness on Nepal’s most pristine and protected area. Located in mid-western part of Nepal province 5, with an area of 968 sq. km. Royal Bardiya National Park is the largest and most undisturbed wilderness in the terai plain. Almost three quarters of the park is covered with forest, grassland and riverine forest. The park is established in order to protect and conserve the ecosystem and conserving the habitat wildlife and their prey along with other vegetation. Compared to any other national parks the chances of seeing tigers are high in Bardiya national park.
It is the perfect habitat for famous endangered species such as the Bengal tiger, endangered one-horned rhinos, deer, gharials, and blackbucks. Variety of flora and fauna, awesome landscapes, woods and adventurous wildlife activities with indigenous community of Tharu and their culture are the main highlights of the Bardiya National Park jungle safari. Bardia National Park has a high chance of seeing a Royal Bengal Tiger in comparison to other protected areas of Nepal. Dense subtropical forests, grasslands and wetlands provide ideal habitats for the wildlife, birds, reptiles, amphibians, insects and fluttering butterflies which any person loves to see whether s/he is nature lover or not.

Day
1
Fly to Nepalgunj & Drive to Bardia National Park.

An hour's flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, Western Nepal, the nearest airport from the Bardia National Park. Nepalgunj itself is an interesting Terai town of Nepal with influences from both the Nepal hills as well as local Hindu & Muslim cultures. The Bardia National Park is 90 kilometers from Nepalgunj, a 2 hours' drive. Reaching Bardia, you will be transferred to your resort. In the evening, there will be small briefing about the tour plan. Once done with briefing, village tour to an ethnic Tharu village nearby, believed to be original inhabitants of the local jungle area.
(Note: Nepalgunj is connected to Kathmandu and pokhara form the flight.)

Full day activities in Bardia National Park.

In the morning, we go for a jungle walk which would also serve the purpose of bird-watching. Bird which can be spoted todays are: Lesser Whistling-Duck (Dendrocygna javanica), Bar-headed Goose (Anser indicus), Graylag Goose (Anser anser), Knob-billed Duck (Sarkidiornis melanotos), Ruddy Shelduck (Tadorna ferruginea) and much more. Visit to crocodile breeding center and the Tharu Museum. There are also towers (Machan) at different places where you can wait for the unsuspecting wild-lives to pass by so that you may shoot them (of course with your camera). Our experienced nature guide would help you in tracking the wild life. During evening you will be watching sunset view.

3
Full day jeep safari inside national park.

We have another full day for our wildlife experience. An interesting feature of today's activities is the jeep safari into the deep & dense jungle. The Bardia jungle is home to a number of wild animals including Asian Elephant, Great One Horn Rhinoceros, Spotted Deer or Chital, Hog Deer, Barking Deer, Samber, Swamp Deer or Barasingha, Nilgai, Black Buck, Wild Boar, Royal Bengal Tiger, Leopard, Golden Jackal, and Striped Hyena, etc. The idea for today is tracking the tiger and along the way you may see deer, langur monkeys, rhinos and boar. Today we will move to some of the locations where tigers are often spotted. From the view tower, you are able to see the grassland and possibly spot a distance herd of elephant or a tiger leaving the long grass to come down to river for drink. In the evening, watch the cultural program and Western Nepal Tharu dance organized by the villagers.
Note: (We will take you to areas where tigers are often spotted, we will take you to multiple places where tiger can be spotted however we do not guarantee that you will see them.)

Today after breakfast we will drop you to Nepalgunj airport according to your flight schedule. You can even choose to explore the town of Nepalgunj.
